The hotel offers a great location near the center, although the neighborhood might not be the best choice for a leisurely walk. The rooms were a mixed bag, with a cozy interior but lacking cleanliness standards. The service was friendly and helpful, making up for some of the location drawbacks. The dining experience was satisfactory, with fresh products enhancing the meal. The facilities were well-equipped with essential amenities.

The inside of the room was great and just what I needed, but unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue, making me wear shoes all the time due to the poor condition of the floor.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to Birmingham's City Centre. The rooms were not well-lit and suffered from excessive noise disturbances, but the staff was friendly and informative. The surroundings lacked appeal for nighttime walks, and the dining experience offered organic products.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was perfect for easy access to Birmingham's City Centre, but the noise coming from the extractor fans and creaky floors in the attic room made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The service was friendly and informative, adding a positive touch to the stay.

Rooms

The room was right next to the entrance, and although it was ok, the constant noise from extractor fans and heating pipes made it hard to relax. Not ideal.
